Derwent Valley Trust delighted to launch new website

Mon 8 October 2018 By David Higley

The Derwent Valley Trust are delighted to announce that its new website is now live!

Derek Latham, Chair, Derwent Valley Trust: “The new website dramatically improves the way we communicate the work of The Derwent Valley Trust. The Trust works to promote the history, arts, wildlife, access and leisure opportunities that surround the river Derwent along its 55-mile course through the beautiful Derbyshire Dales, Peak District, and Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site”. Derek continued “We are all passionate about the opportunities these projects would bring to the health and wellbeing of the people that use the Heritage Way be it on foot, bike, river and canals”.

The website will ensure users are kept up-to-date with progress across all the projects and details of relevant events will also be detailed as well as downloadable walking sections of the Heritage Way available.

A quote from someone else, Title, said “We will be continually improving the quality of information we provide, and we are all confident the new website will maximise our reach and ensure we are able to share best practice and updates across all the projects we are passionate about”.

The new website can be found at www.derwentvalleytrust.org.uk
